Simply, mounting a tire to the rim means removing your existing tire from the rim and installing a new tire on that rim. This process is performed using a tire changer. A wheel balance is performed to evenly distribute the weight of the tire. Small weights are applied to each side of the rim to to ensure each tire is balanced equally. This process is performed using a wheel balancer machine.

Our tire mounting and balancing process ensures precision and care at every step:

1. The wheel assembly is securely clamped to our TireBot, which uses a plastic cone to prevent any damage to the rim.
2. The old tire is flawlessly removed using a tire robot, which handles low-profile, runflat, and all passenger and light truck tires without causing any damage.
3. We meticulously clean and seal the rim, applying bead sealer to ensure leak-free operation. Additionally, we replace the tire valve with a high-grade rubber valve if needed.
4. The tire is mounted onto the rim using tire lubricant for a smooth installation, with our tire robot ensuring no damage to the tire, rim, or pressure sensors.
5. Using a computer-calibrated gauge, we inflate the tire to the recommended manufacturer tire pressure.
6. A bead massage is applied to the tire during every mount and balance, helping to seat the tire bead correctly to the rim and reduce road force and variance.
7. The complete wheel assembly undergoes Road Force balancing, where our machine applies 1200 lbs of force to simulate real-world road conditions and detects variances in tire tread. If excessive road force is detected, corrective measures are carried out, such as Force Matching or repositioning higher road force tires.
